Paula London made a huge difference for us in the selling price we received when we sold our home. When we decided to put our house on the market, we got a market appraisal on the likely selling price of our 20 year-old 2100 square foot home from a local realty firm. Since the appraisal was somewhat disappointing, we looked for sources of advice on preparing a home for sale. Paula London, realtor, gave us wonderful advice and guidance in getting our home ready for sale. She gave us suggestions on painting, essential “fix-ups” and some upgrades. In addition, she helped us stage our house and we could not believe the difference that made in the appearance and presentation of the house. We did some work ourselves and spent about $5000 out of pocket. When we put the house on the market, we had three offers on it the first day and sold it for approximately $30,000 more than the earlier appraisal. In addition to our wonderful results, it was a real pleasure to work with Paula and to enjoy her enthusiasm and home design wisdom.
